Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Navigate to the Login Page
Go to https://foodcompliancehq.com.
Click ‘My Account’ in the top-right corner and then select ‘Login’.
Click the ‘Trouble signing in?’ link below the 'Login' button on the login screen.
Step 2: Submit Your Email Address
Enter the email address associated with your FoodComplianceHQ account.
Click ‘Request Reset Password’. A password reset email will be sent to your inbox.
Check your junk or spam folder if you do not receive the email within a few minutes.
Step 3: Open the Password Reset Email
Check your inbox for an email from FoodComplianceHQ with the subject line: *"Password Reset Request."
Open the email and click the ‘Reset Your Password’ button.
The reset link is valid for only 24 hours. If it expires, you’ll need to request a new one.
Step 4: Create a New Password
You will be redirected to the password reset page.
Enter your new password and confirm it by typing it again.
Password Requirements:
Minimum of 8 characters.
Must include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.
