Step 1: Accessing Your Certificate
Once you complete the course and submit the required feedback form, you will be presented with the "Where Next?" screen, where you can preview, download, or share your certificate. You can also go directly to your "My Certificates" area to view your view new certificate and all other achievements.

How to Find Your Certificate from the Dashboard:
Navigate to the "My Achievements" section in the main menu.
Look for your newly earned certificate, which will appear at the top of the list.
Click the "Action" dropdown button to access your certificate.
From here, you can preview, download, print, or share your certificate.
Step 2: Preview Your Certificate
Previewing your certificate is the quickest way to view your certificate in your web browser. From the "Preview Certificate" window, you can also access further options to download, print, and share your certificate.

Step 3: Downloading Your Certificate
Downloading your certificate allows you to keep a local copy or share it through platforms that don’t support direct sharing.
How to Download:
Open your certificate from the "My Achievements" section.
Click the "Download" button.
Success! The certificate will automatically download to your device.
Step 4: Printing Your Certificate
Food Compliance HQ makes it easy to print your certificate directly from the platform.
How to Print:
Click "Print certificate"
This opens the certificate in a new "print" window.
Select the printer you wish to send the certificate to.
Step 5: Sharing Your Certificate
Food Compliance HQ makes it easy to share your certificate by email directly from the platform.
How to Share Your Certificate from My Achievements:
Click "Share certificate"
This opens the certificate in a new "Share certificate" window.
Enter the email address to which you want to share the certificate.
Click "Send".

Click on a social media icon to share your certificate.
LinkedIn: Share your certificate directly to showcase your professional development.
X: Share your certificate on X (formerly Twitter) for your audience to see.

Uploading External Certificates
If you’d like to maintain a complete record of your achievements, you can also upload certificates earned outside of Food Compliance HQ to the "My Achievementss" section.
How to Upload:
Go to the "My Achievements" section.
Click the "Upload External Certificate" button.
Complete the required fields
Ensure you have entered the information correctly.
Click "Preview".
If you're happy with the preview, click "Upload Certificate"
Uploaded certificates will appear alongside those issued by Food Compliance HQ.
Troubleshooting
Certificate Not Appearing?
Ensure the feedback form has been fully submitted.
Refresh your browser or try accessing the "My Certificates" section again.
Unable to Share Certificate?
Verify your social media login credentials.
Check your internet connection and retry.
Issues Uploading External Certificates?
Ensure the file is in the correct format (PDF, PNG, or JPEG) and under 2MB.
Double-check the mandatory fields are completed.
Only certificates in the specified formats can be uploaded.
