Logging In with a Staff Invitation Link

If your employer, training provider, or organisation administrator has sent you an invitation to join this platform, this guide explains how to use that link to set up and access your account.

TIP — Invitation links are pre-linked to your organisation. Using the link ensures you are automatically connected to your team without needing to search or select your organisation manually.

1. Open the Invitation Email

Find the invitation email in your inbox. It will have been sent on behalf of your organisation. The subject line will typically read something like You have been invited to join [Organisation Name] on this platform.

NOTE — If you cannot find the email, check your spam or junk folder. Invitation links typically expire after 7 days.

2. Click the Invitation Link

Click the Accept Invitation or Join Now button in the email. This will open the platform registration page in your browser, pre-linked to your organisation.

3. Complete Your Registration

Your email address may already be pre-filled. Complete the remaining fields:

  • First name and last name
  • Password — minimum 8 characters, including at least one uppercase letter and one number

Click Create Account or Accept & Register to complete sign-up.

4. Log In and Access Your Dashboard

Once registered, you will be taken directly to your dashboard within your organisation’s account. Any courses assigned by your administrator will already be visible.

Troubleshooting

  • Invitation link has expired? Contact your administrator and ask them to resend the invitation.
  • Already have an account? Log in at the standard login page. Your administrator can add you to the organisation separately.
  • Invitation went to the wrong email? Ask your administrator to resend the invitation to the correct address.
