Getting started is easy with FoodComplianceHQ. This guide will walk you through creating your account, verifying your email address, and logging in for the first time.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Visit the Registration Page
Open your web browser and visit https://foodcompliancehq.com.
Click ‘My Account’ in the top right corner of the homepage (see screenshot below).
On the drop-down, select ‘Register’ or visit https://foodcompliancehq.com/signup directly.
Step 2: Fill in the Registration Form
Enter the following details in the form:
First Name
Surname
Job Title
Email Address
Password
Confirm your password by entering it again.
Password Requirements:
Minimum of 8 characters.
Must include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.
Click ‘Register’ to submit the form.
Step 3: Verify Your Email Address
Check your email inbox for a welcome email from FoodComplianceHQ.
If you don’t see the email, check your junk/spam folder.
Click the ‘Verify Your Email Address’ button in the email.
Once your email is verified, you’ll be redirected to the login page.
The verification link is valid for only 24 hours. If it expires, you’ll need to start the registration process again.
Step 4: Log In to Your Account
Return to https://foodcompliancehq.com and click ‘My Account’ > ‘Login’ or visit https://foodcompliancehq.com/login.
Enter your email address and the password you set during registration.
Click ‘Login’.
After logging in, you’ll be taken to your personalised ‘My Dashboard’ screen to manage your account, view assigned courses, and track progress.
