Post-Course Actions: Feedback and Next Steps

After finishing your assessment, there are several key steps to take, including providing feedback, accessing your certificate, and planning your next steps. This guide walks you through these actions to make the most of your experience.


Step 1: Providing Feedback and Ratings

All users are required to complete a feedback and rating form immediately after completing the course. This step is vital for several reasons:

  • Improving Courses: Your feedback helps Food Compliance HQ understand how courses are received and identify areas for improvement.

  • Peer Reviews: You can choose to make your review visible for other learners to read.

  • Private Feedback: Share detailed feedback directly with Food Compliance HQ to help refine the platform.

Completing the Feedback Form:

  • After completing your assessment, the platform will redirect you to the feedback form.

  • Provide a star rating for the course (1–5 stars).

Your feedback is invaluable in improving our courses and helping other learners make informed choices.

During the feedback survey, you rate each criteria on a scale of 1 to 5

  • Add comments about your experience, highlighting what worked well and what could be improved.

  • Indicate if you'd like your feedback to be made public (visible to other learners).


Step 2: Accessing Your Certificate

Once the feedback form is completed, you’ll gain access to your certificate. Certificates are automatically added to your "My Certificates" section for easy access and sharing.

Where Next?

Upon submitting your course feedback, you can directly access your certificate from the "Where Next?" menu. From here, you can:

  • Preview your certificate.

  • Download the certificate to your device.

  • Access this and all other certificates.

Other Options from the Where Next Screen

  1. Share Your Certificate: Celebrate your success by sharing your certificate or course completion status with others.

    1. LinkedIn: Share your certificate directly to showcase your professional development.

    2. X: Share your certificate on X (formerly Twitter) for your audience to see.

    3. Facebook: Share your certificate with your Facebook friends.

  2. Explore New Courses:

    • Use the "Plan your next course" section and browse recommended courses based on your completed training.

Step 3: How to View and Download Your Certificate From Your Dashboard:

  1. Navigate to the "My Certificates" section from the main menu.

  2. Locate the newly earned certificate at the top of the list.

  3. Click the certificate to:

    • View it.

    • Download it as a PDF.

    • Share it via email or on professional platforms like LinkedIn.

Note on External Certificates:

You can also upload external certificates to your "My Certificates" section to maintain a centralised record of all your achievements.


Troubleshooting and Support

If you encounter any issues during these post-course actions, here’s what to do:

  1. Certificate Not Appearing:

    • Ensure the feedback form has been fully submitted.

    • Refresh your browser or check the "My Certificates" section again.

  2. Unable to Download Certificate:

    • Clear your browser cache or try a different browser.

    • Contact support if the issue persists.
