Why Is My Course Not Marking as Completed?

I completed a course, why is my certificate not available? Why isn’t my course marked as complete despite finishing all lessons?

If your course is not showing as completed on Food Compliance HQ, it’s likely because you haven’t finished the End of Course Assessment and the mandatory feedback questions.

How to Complete Your Course

  1. Pass the End of Course Assessment – You must successfully complete the final quiz.

  2. Answer the Feedback Questions – After passing, you’ll be prompted to complete a short feedback form.

Until both steps are completed, the course will not mark as finished, and your certificate will not be available.

Where to Check Your Progress

You can track your course status in the My Learning section. If it still shows as "In Progress," select Action > Resume to return to where you left off.

Once you have completed all lessons on the course, have successfully passed the course assessment (with a score of 80% or higher), and have answered the mandatory feedback questions, your course status will update to Completed, and your certificate will be available for download. You can access all certificates in the My Achievements section.
