How to Enrol on a Course

Created by Andrew Kemp, Modified on Thu, 28 May at 5:16 PM by Andrew Kemp

This article explains how to enrol on a course — whether you have been assigned one by your organisation or would like to self-enrol from the course catalogue.

TIP — If your organisation has assigned a course to you, it will appear directly on your dashboard under My Courses. You may not need to enrol manually.

1. Enrolling From the Course Catalogue

Follow these steps to find and enrol on a course yourself:

Step 1 — Go to the Course Catalogue

Log in to your account and select Course Catalogue or Browse Courses from the main navigation menu.

Step 2 — Find a course

Use the search bar or browse by category to find the course you want to take. Click on a course title to view its details, including duration, description, and any prerequisites.

Step 3 — Enrol

On the course detail page, click the Enrol or Start Course button. The course will be added to your My Courses list and you can begin immediately.

2. Accessing a Course Assigned to You

If your administrator has assigned a course to you, it will appear in your My Courses section on your dashboard. Simply click the course to begin — no additional enrolment step is required.

3. Enrolling via a Direct Link

Your administrator or training provider may share a direct enrolment link with you. Click the link, log in if prompted, and you will be taken straight to the course enrolment page. Click Enrol to confirm.

NOTE — Some courses may require a purchase or approval from your administrator before enrolment is confirmed. If you see a Request Enrolment button instead of Enrol, your request will be sent to an admin for review.
