Yes — you can stop a course at any point and return to it later. The platform automatically saves your progress, so you will never lose what you have already completed.
TIP — Progress is saved at the end of each section or page. If you close a course mid-section, you may need to repeat the current page when you return.
1. How Saving Works
The platform saves your position automatically as you move through the course. You do not need to manually save or check out. When you come back, simply resume from your dashboard and you will be returned to where you left off.

2. How to Return to a Course
To continue a course you have previously started:
Step 1 — Log in to your account
Go to the platform and sign in to your account as normal.
Step 2 — Go to My Courses
From your dashboard, navigate to My Courses. Courses in progress will display a progress bar showing how far you have got.
Step 3 — Click Resume
Click Resume or Continue on the course card to pick up where you left off.
3. Are There Any Time Limits?
Most courses do not have an overall time limit for completion. However, some courses may have an expiry date set by your organisation or a deadline for completion — if so, this will be displayed on the course detail page or in any notification emails you have received.
NOTE — If a course has a minimum session time requirement (i.e. you must spend a set amount of time on each page), pausing and returning will not reset the timer for pages you have already completed.
